Otonom Lojistik



Abstract

Küresel tedarik zincirlerindeki mal ile hizmetlerin, tedarikçiler ve üreticilerden nihai tüketicilere kadar olan serüveni içerisindeki önemli bağlantı faaliyetlerini esas alan lojistik süreçler de dijital dönüşümden etkilenmiştir. Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi (Supply Chain Management-SCM)’nin alt boyutları olan lojistik ve pazarlama faaliyetlerinin etkileşimi çerçevesinde; malzemenin ve bilginin ilgili süreçler boyunca olan akışlarında, belirtilen dönüşümün farklı boyutlarıyla karşılaşılmaktadır. Ulaştırma, depolama ve müşteri hizmetleri gibi lojistik faaliyetlerin farklı alanlarda çalışan kişiler, otomasyon teknolojilerini birer araç olarak kullanmaktadırlar. Ancak otomasyon teknolojilerinde genellikle daha önceden tanımlanmış olan sistem parametreleri yer almakta ve yapılan işleme göre bir çıktı elde edilmektedir. Dolayısıyla ilgili sistemler, mutlaka bir kullanıcının girdisine ve/veya yürüttüğü işleme ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Öte yandan, aslında ulaşılmak istenilen hedef olan insan faktörünü tamamen süreç içerisinden çıkarmak için otonom teknolojiler kullanılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla herhangi bir yönlendirme veya etkiye gerek kalmadan, SCM’nin lojistik faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesinde ve kontrollerinde otonom teknolojilerin kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Böylece karar vericiler; manuel olarak yürütülen işlemlerden uzaklaşmaya, otonom lojistik teknolojilerine yakınlaşmaya başlamışlardır. Bu bağlamda araştırmacıların ve uygulayıcıların dikkatini çeken bir konu olarak otonom lojistik teknolojilerinin nasıl ortaya çıktıkları, neler oldukları, ne tür yararlar sağladıkları ve hangi yönde ilerledikleri gibi hususlara yönelik literatürde sınırlı sayıda araştırma bulunmaktadır. İlgili eksiklikten yola çıkılarak bu çalışmada, belirtilen konular ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca pazarlama alanıyla ilişkili olarak bu alana yönelik araştırmaların ne yönde ilerlediğine ilişkin bir bibliyometrik analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ve erişilen literatür değerlendirilerek önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
